Hi, I’m Josh.
I am a former collegiate distance runner, 2:36 marathon runner and longtime coach of the sport.
I have coached runners across adult exercise groups, youth cross country clubs and Division I track and field.
Although I have experience in high-level competition, my passion lies in fostering a love for the sport of running in others.
Longstride coaching has seen adults run their first 5k and young stars become All-Americans. I work hard to deliver proven training methods to all skill levels.

What it looks like to work together
Every Longstride athlete receive personalized training that propels them to their goals.
Monthly Coaching - $99/mnth
This plan is for those looking for a hands on training experience. Athletes will get monthly phone/video calls to update progress, access to TrainingPeaks, weekly responses to training and other contact as needed.
16-Week Training Plan - $189
This plan is for runners planning a big race or a summer of training who just want the training plan. Athletes will schedule a 20-30 minute call with the coach to discuess their goals and experience and will receive a personalized 16-week (or less) training plan for their big event.
